Roger Fruits, Broker Associate & Manager with Homefront Realty, has over 44 years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial transactions. Thirty-six of those years have been in the Tarpon Springs, North Pinellas County and West Pasco County region. I have personally closed over $850 Million in sales in the local area. My background includes working with buyers, sellers, corporate relocation, site selection and property management. I have been awarded numerous top producer awards. Past corporate relocations include Delta Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Welbilt, and Enodis, as well as several smaller corporations. My longevity in the marketplace has created an extensive network of real estate professionals, bankers, mortgage companies, brokers, investors and individuals.
